Returns & Exchanges

At Skip's Western Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your boots and western wear. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boot boxes are placed inside a separate shipping carton to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
